hi, we've been offered the opportunity to live in manila for 2 years all through work, well my husband has. we.are a young.family with a 1 year old. I am in two minds whether to move to the philippines or not. I've.read lots of pros but the cons scare me because I think what would life be like for us and especially what would life be like for our baby. will we be safe? will we be comfortable or always afraid? can we trust the drivers, the nannies, the food etc....?! how safe is it really? I know it would be such a culture shock cos all we've known all our lives is australia!! do we.take up this opportunity, what.are the benefits to us moving over there for a.few.years? please help any advice will be much appreciated.
