I have lived in Japan since January 2006 and have been teaching English in the city of Makinohara (Shizuoka Prefecture) since June 2006. I got married here in Japan to a Frenchman. I had my first child in a Japanese hospital almost a year and a half ago and I will give birth to my second child in a midwifery clinic a few kilometers from home.
