I'm looking at the possibility of opening a business three months out of the year in Maldonado, close to Punta and/or Jose Ignacio. I would like to know information about doing business in this area. What kind of license is required by a foreign person from USA. Please let me know of some good sites or where I can find this information. I have had trouble finding it online. I will eventually want to contact a lawyer to make sure I'm following the law. It would be a vending business.
