About Activity

I am Chihab, I was born in Cairo and I have lived in Canada for 14 years. I really like it there, I've been living between Egypt and Canada for some time. I'm going to move away (again!) this fall to live in England for a while, and I hope to find a third home there :)

I should start the doctorate in anthropology at Oxford!
I don't know, but I really like buildings.
It often seems to be gray... I prefer the sun.

The city is nice, if you are a tourist.
It's very boring, honestly one of my least favorite places to live.

The town is very nice, especially the fish market in the town center.
The rain. If you don't like gray weather, you definitely shouldn't go there in winter.

Night life is interesting, but you quickly get the hang of it. The people are very friendly, and it is very pleasant to walk around the old town. And the calissons are excellent!

I was a high school student.
It's a great city! I experienced my fondest memories there! It's very multicultural, very open. It's also very surprising when people change from French to English, and vice versa, without flinching, in the streets.
