Would like to settle for a few years in Vietnam or Cambodia, open a B&B there and continue my activities as a freelance reporter (need Internet)... Any advice? I don't understand why all the expats seem to be concentrated in HCMC... I would like to find a charming house to rent (or even renovate) in the delta (sadec..) or Vaung tau...???
