Excellent computer literacy in MS Office suite of products. 2004-Present Florida Investment Realty, Orlando, Florida Broker/Owner Owned and Managed Real Estate Company located in Orlando, Florida until 2010 until relocating to Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Specializing in the sale of vacation, second homes, investment property, REO and HUD homes. Assisted in the development and marketing of several resort condo/hotel projects in Orlando, FL area with on-site sales team. In 2007 developed Mexico sales company 鈥淒estination Mexico鈥� representing several resort developments in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Maya Mexico in association with a Mexican Real Estate developer 鈥淢exico Alive鈥� while based out of Houston, Texas. 1972 鈥� 1992 U.S. Army Military Officer Served in several high level key positions with the Adjutant General Corps. Last assignment was at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. as Assistant Inspector General, reporting to the Inspector General of the Army. Served tours in Vietnam, Operation Desert Shield, Middle East and Europe. Retired in 1992 at the rank of Major. Education: 1972 Cal Southern University, Bellaire, Tx BS Degree in Business.
