prep-cook, baker, learner of all things, ways, and manner of working in a kitchen in aid to a chef, providing assistance and prepping for the meal service.
the sun, the surf, the water, the people, the way of life, the hiking, snorkeling, ... looking forward to all of this.
Am concerned about job situation and housing. But I believe anything can be overcome with hard work and determination... and I am one determined woman hell bent on moving to Puerto Rico! : )
