If my house finally sells next week when it's scheduled to close, I'll be there in late August or early September. I'm thinking of the Montezuma Beach area but have friends in San Ramon where I'll probably be home-based while I explore the rest of the country to get a feel of where I want to live. I'm taking my car and lots of musical instruments and recording equipment. I'd love to have a little recording studio close enough to the ocean that the folks recording could have a view of it. Been planning this retirement-getaway for about 3 years now, seen Costa Rica enough to know that's where I want to be, and can't wait!
