Grew up in a rural area in the states not unlike many places in C&S America now.Saved my money to buy a farm but instead took the money and got a degree in engineering.Worked for companies for 15yrs then started my company. The Co. grew to an annual sales of about 30m when the banking problems hit and they kept reducing our credit line until we couldn't stay afloat and then forced us into bankruptcy. -A story that has happened more than is talked about.
Looking at what is & maybe will happen & With disgust in my heart, I threw my stuff in my truck and headed south. I heard that Panama was nice so with luck & "el kindness of strangers" I arrived and became a pensionado in Panama. Got shot at and robbed, but it was fun and I'm ready for more.
So if a fine mujer buscar para "The Lone Ranger", he may be just over the next hill.

There now is an overnight ferry boat between Colon, Panama & Cartagena, Colombia (3 round trips per week). Does anyone know what the bus is like from there to Medellin and maybe on to Quito, Ecuador? Safety etc.? Any advice? Sincerely,medio de camino Read More
