I already have one-way tickets purchased... but now I don't know what to do because I can't have all the necessary documents right now for the visa (excerpts my father is out of the country...) I don't want to miss the flight, so I don't know if entering as a tourist and Once I arrive, can I start the student visa procedures? Thank you1
