Hi, from what I've been reading, it seems that expats find it hard to meet local Belgians. Shame! As a Belgian, I feel much at home in the UK, even thinking of moving one day.
I'd be delighted to get in contact with expats from the UK.
Always find it hard to get in contact with locals when I'm in London :-) I know the feeling !
