I'm a French engineer (technical engineering, management, coaching, team leader). I was in Taiwan few years ago then I left. I came back because people are more friendly. People are really friendly with Western people but too busy to hang out
Life can be easy for an english-speaking Westerner
Nobody will bother you ! They are so shy !
