Currently a business school student in Paris, I came to NY to improve my English for a period of 6 months or more. I enrolled in the NYLC language school, in the middle of Manhattan (on Fashion Avenue to be more precise). This school was able to meet my expectations within 3 months. Besides that, I met many people from all over the world and many activities were organized by the school. Most were free or did not exceed $25. To come back to the lessons, the teachers, most of them young, are very educational and know how to teach us their mother tongue without it becoming boring. I went to class Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (possibility of having classes in the afternoon).
