Hi, Phil: I think you should try Cagayan de Oro or at least near CDO, and avoid areas near a Cement Plant in Iligan City. CDO is more secured/peaceful. Just go to Iligan for touring. Tinago Falls is breathtaking. I've been there 1992-1997. Hope ... Read More
