I am French/Kuwaiti. I first lived in France and then I returned to Kuwait in 2003 and opened my own Real Estate Agency. Here, the weather is beautiful all year round, there is the sea and life is much more relaxed than in France. We don't know stress. Social life is very dense. Of course you have to respect the rules and customs of the country but Kuwait is a very welcoming and very open country. Foreigners and especially Europeans and Americans are respected and appreciated by the Kuwaiti community. It is very easy to find apartments at all prices but very difficult to find villas. When there are some, they are not very cheap. To get reasonable prices, you have to move away from Kuwait City and favor cities like Adan, Fintas, Aquila, Mangaf...Welcome to Kuwait and if you are looking for an apartment or a villa, simply contact me.
