Senior Architect, co-founder of ALMASRI office, professional in architect and interior design. Worked for 5 years in the domain of Urban Planning and Architecture in office specialized in urban planning in Damascus, where I managed to work in projects in city level, national level and international level. I worked on one of the biggest urban planning projects in Damascus, the capital of Syria, redeveloping the city center, a great experience regarding economical, demographical, topographical and infrastructure aspects which needed to be accounted for in the project. I also have a strong belief in sustainability; I worked in organizing residential compounds in a new district in Damascus, a great challenge in preserving the green areas as a central park. Working in these projects has given me the opportunity to develop leadership and team work skills. After that I realized that I need to work on my managerial skills, to add a higher level of management and sustainability expertise to my qualifications thereby pursuing an MSc in management consulting in a diverse international culture in Grenoble. where I had the chance to do several projects for French companies as a consultant, and manage to work with teams from international background, and work on an European level as well.
