I got an offer working at Sykes company in Shanghai. Coming from Malaysia, well it is a totally complicated to cope up with the communication issue here as I only understand English but people often talking back to me in mandarin. Need more time it seems to get used to the language. Was looking for any members from Malaysia as I need more information about 'surviving' in this place in the language that I able to comprehend in this meantime while I try to learn mandarin.
