Hi!, I introduce myself,Reynaldo B. Sira,52 yrs.old,married,and Filipino citizen,by profession,I'm a Civil Engineering graduate at Western Institute of Technology,Lapaz,Iloilo City,Philippines, dated year 1984,I was able to pass the government examination for Professional Regulation Commission on December 1985 with PRC licence no. 0047260.As a practicing Civil Eng'r.,I was involve in various phases of Engineering works such as Surveys, Design and Estimates of Water Systems, New Road Opening/Road Rehabilitation, Bridge Construction, Box Culvert and Buildings.My professional involvement in the company in my early years of employment are the following; one year Project Inspector experience,Two years Field Engineer experience,then Twelve years plus experience as Project Engineer/Estimator,then Two years experience as Resident Engineer,then Two years experience as Consultant and at present(2011 to 2012) as Maintenance Engineer here Saudi Arabia in SAUDI BINLADIN GROUP CO.
