I am a woman, I live in the Toulouse suburbs. I like it there, it's my country but my daughter has moved to New Caledonia. I have just spent two months in Noum茅a. I visited the city, a few islands, went hiking and I admit that I don't feel out of place. I even asked myself the question of whether I would come and live there. How does a retiree live in NC? What is the minimum wage to live decently and without asking too many questions?
