I am a very independent person currently working as a lay missioner in Africa but will be returning to the U.S. soon. Before that, I was working in the field of accounting and have been traveling during my vacation time all over the world. Although I have visited Paris many times in the past I want to live there for at least 3 months to learn the language and the French culture. My target date is sometime in 2013. Finding a suitable housing accomodation is not always easy so I am doing my "footwork" now to ensure that I will find one that's right for me. Price and safety are of course my main consideration in finding my perfect home while in France. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide. Cheers, Maria Isabel

I want to live temporarily in Paris to learn to immerse in the Parisian life and culture and hopefully learn French as well.
My education and profession is in the field of accounting and healthcare but I am also into doing volunteer work here and there.
Paris has always been one my favorite cities in the world. It is so beautiful any time of the year.
I have not experienced anything I don't like about this destination and I hope that it remains that way.
