Hi Guyz, is there any Libyan or International banks in Libya issuing credit cards to expats in Libya? If yes then what is the procedure and what are their requirements.. Thanks
The Credit Cards are accepted only at Hotels and some Airline Offices only. They Prefer Visa Cards. Read More
