I am working on a master's paper about why Ukraine feels it is crucial that they have English taught to their students, even those in the villages. I was a former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer. Read a few posts and need journals I can be referred to such as Ukraine post and pre Orange Revolution - English vs Russian textbooks forced to use VS U.S.A. monolingual only. Please email back if you have any resources or thoughts on what I have just written. Thank you.

I've been thinking about opening an English Language School somewhere. Do you think the Ukraine woulde be a good place? If so, what city? Thanks.
