Just looking at overall costs- As standard is it 2 months deposit plus rent for the month, ie 3 months down immediately ?
It's equivalent to 2 months rental, refundable Deposits ... One month's rental in advance and 50% of monthly rental as Utilities Deposit, which is refundable at the end of the term... Read More
