We arrived in California in Silicon Valley in November 2008... 3 years later we moved to Kansas... We have 4 children, aged 9 to 19, all of whom are in the American school system. Life is easy here but we faced a big culture shock when we arrived in the Midwest.

I followed my husband to California in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2008, 3 years later, with the green card in hand, we had to move to Kansas. We have 4 children aged 6 to 16. I still don't know how long we will stay.
I am a doctor of pharmacy and an entrepreneur. I am in the process of setting up a project which will be related to my expatriation and my training...
I like to travel there..; I like the American way of life..
in the Mid West people are hyper religious but quite superficial. It's very difficult to bond with them. and mentalities are sometimes very conservative...
