Hi! Just helping out a friend. The place should be: 路 Nice (not big city or apartment) 路 Safe 路 Cheap 路 Have schools and hospitals 路 Shops nearby, etc Any suggestions?
Cebu has become a mini-Manila, imho not a nice place at all (traffic, pollution, beaches not very nice, crowded everywhere). Martinique, don't know at all. Davao very nice, orderly; however a very big big city. Read More

Thanks. I wasn't sure what advantages. Fact is I do have the SSRV visa here, so that should qualify me. My only concern doing it here is if I miss out some important doc in the US that I need for the embassy process in Manila. Thx again! Read More
