I am a long time Expat residing in Nepal and having retired long ago, and now NON-WORKING, I wish to sell my management/hotel company to another foreigner who is looking to buy land or make an investment in Nepal in the hotel, resort, or just land business.
Buying property here is a complicated business, but my proposal to transfer the shares to you will make it extremely easy and you will save yourself a lot of complications, legal fees, administrative delays and payments!
