I was born in Aden, Yemen on June 6, 1970. I finished high school in Cairo, Egypt in 1989 at Cairo American College. I went to the United States in 1993 and attended Purdue University where I received my Bachelors Degree from the School of Consumer & Family Sciences in May of 1999. I am a dual citizen, Yemeni and United States of America.
