Empowering small farm holders is the future of Global Food Security as confirmed by the latest up to date research and the United Nations! However what鈥檚 needed is mass world wide education and training to teach people how to grow more food using less land, water and energy consumption, using the right seed for the environment (no gmos) and more much more. In this regards, Agro-Ecology is The Future of Global Food Security, Community Health & The Building of Self Sustaining Communities. As innovative designers, builders, educators & consultants on what we term hyper food production systems, our model is based on Permaculture and Aquaponics, ecologically sustainable systems based on a 4 Pillar approach, supported by 3 key metrics, and the top 10+ innovative technologies from around the world, each of which can produce from 80% to several hundred % more food using less land water and energy while building functional eco systems and creating bio diversity. An integral component of the system is a valuable waste management component turning organic waste into a valuable resource to help build healthy soils (which sequester more carbon) organic fertilizers and pesticides just to give you some idea of what has to be done and how it has to be approached. This is accomplished with no chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. One of the main problems presently is the dire global need for teachers of sustainable food production systems is far greater than the amount of teachers who can teach farmers how to design these profitable socio-economic community development systems.
