Hello, first of all I would like to thank the members of this blog and the moderators of the site for their work, their determinations and their crucial information that they provide for a good exile in Mexico. I would like to go to Mexico to work in a restaurant or in a so-called street kitchen location and learn your ancestral cuisine, I would like to obtain all the techniques and skills and know the local products as well as your famous recipes to be able to practice with ease. My priority is to find a shared apartment or maid's room and obviously a boss in the best case scenario. I have no specific destination in Mexico. My final goal is to create a Mexican restaurant chain in France. My project having started at the beginning of the year, I quickly need your help before the middle of the year to have a foothold, this will help me a lot in my efforts.
