I am a custom home builder with 30+ yrs of hard work behind me building along the southeast US coast. I've been blessed to have worked in many beautiful coastal situations building fine homes for discriminating clients. I've raised two sons now and am ready to relocate to a more beautiful, less crowded, island environment. My most fulfilling time spent is when I'm building custom homes so I would like to continue in my trade, building at least one or two homes per year. My knowledge of storm resistant codes, energy use minimization, familiarity with green building techniques, and cutting edge modern components, and the latest electronic technology makes my service a value to my clients. I intend to employ several people full time, and do wish to support the local government. I plan on devoting 10% of my time (gratis) helping improve living conditions for people who lack the resources to help themselves.
