I live in France with my husband and we fell in love with Hamburg. For 4 years we have been coming regularly for 5 weeks straddling August and September. We appreciate the Altona, St Pauli and Schanze districts. Especially the streets very lively with restaurants and cafes, the very lively places of this dear city.
