I am originally from Long Island in NY and have lived in London since May 2006....I have just been offered UK citizenship which was my goal when I arrived here...Unfortunately (or maybe not) I was made redundant from my banking job in the city recently and am considering a life change...my wife is Croatian and has family in Rijeka...I have visited many time and love it there...So, we are seriously considering moving in the very near future...if my wife is able to secure a job it looks like a definite...for the time being, I would look after our 2 year old daughter as we get accustomed to our new life...eventually I want to find work and am curious what opportunities are available in the county...I believe the situation there will improve when they enter the EU and am confident that i'll be able to find a job eventually...Does anyone have any guidance, thoughts? Thx
