I am originally from Dauphin茅, from northern Is猫re (38), I have been living in the south of France for 5 years. I am a cook, I mainly work in Michelin-starred restaurants and in November I am going to live in Cartagena, Colombia. I'm going to open a French bistro as chef. The restaurant will be called Le Counter.
