Hello, I live between Grenoble and Chamb茅ry. I am thinking of moving to Berlin in 2014. I already invested in real estate there in 2011 and have a pied-脿-terre where I go about 10 days a month. I will therefore have to create my company there since I have an activity supporting foreigners who are looking for apartments in Berlin (search for property, financing in Germany, creation of GbR, rental... and everything that goes with the acquisition), but for the moment I do that from France (this is not my only activity since I offer other financial and real estate investments but it is true that I concentrate mainly on Germany because of my convictions and my role of investment advisor). I chose this country because I am convinced that it is one of the only ones in Europe to have a healthy mode of operation at all levels, and my personal experience over the past 2 years has reassured me (a little unlike what is happening in France...) and in my opinion this is where the country's real wealth lies in the long term. I also really appreciate the relaxation that reigns in Berlin, the fact of having space, cheap and nice places to go out, unstressed and nice people, the fact of being able to go swimming at the lake by S-Bahn, the bike rides in the city and the way of life of the people etc... This is why my choice focuses on Germany and Berlin in particular!!
