Hello, I am working on getting back to the sea. I lived in the Dutch Caribbean for about 3 years, and I miss the clear beautiful waters and the warm swimming conditions. I just can't find this in California, and Florida doesn't appeal to me.
I need to be sure there is top notch medical care, for a couple friends who are interested in moving also.
