My name is John Stringer. I first came to Phils many years ago with a small nestegg (inheritance from my Moms death). After several failed mining ventures and other ill-advised investments, I went broke. Im now virtually pesoless, making a meager living by scamming other foreigners. Im also a long-time "overstayer,' (no valid Phils visa). I don't even have a valid US passport anymore, as mine expired several years ago. I hang out at the McDo in Divisario and also in the plaza. Im above average height, white hair, wearing the same blue jeans and white shirt almost daily. So, please don't judge all foreigners as being rich and educated. There are actually a few hanging around Phils just like me: broke, uneducated, undocumented alien, etc. So, pls feel free to spread dis word, especially to Bureau of Immigration or PNP, so they will apprehend me and notify my embassy of what a piece of shit that I am.
