We have been established in Mauritius since the end of December 2012 and have just opened a Villa School of traditional and cultural cooking from the Indian Ocean near Port Louis, (Saveurs et Rivages) targeting tourist customers, but also residents and Expats who wish to learn and understand the riches and virtues of the authentic cuisine of the Mascarene Islands.
