I am living in Bay City, Michigan, USA. I have Scandinavian ancestry (Swedish) on my mothers side. I have a great interest in cooking, especially heritage foods from my German/Swedish/Acadian French/Cajun French ancestries. I have a lovely wife, three children and two grandchildren, I work on the graphic atrs/printing biz and play guitar and sing in a band on the weekends.
Interests: family, cooking-world cuisine, farming, music-guitar
