Hi dear there, I am a local in Taiwan. I come to this website by accident but soon I found it's a great website. To know and to help each other in this global village is so wonderful. Most people here are quite friendly and hospitable and it is safe,conveient and very close to the sea and mountains from wherever u are. I live in the south,Pingtung which is next to the big port city,Kaohsiung. The weather here is quite nice comparing with the center and north of Taiwan. So anyone who travels to Pingtung please feel free to visit me. Enjoy your life here and have a very good time!!! Peter yu from Taiwan
