hello everyone. I was born in Laos. Louang Namtha Northern Laos. the real birth is in 1958. I have been a political refugee since 1977. So since 1978 I have lived in France. I went to school in Thailand from 1974 to 1977. Chiang Rai/ Chiang Khong. today I have the opportunity to develop certain things in Thailand. especially in construction materials. and I have knowledge in construction for 29 years in a materials trading business. I went several times to study a bit concerning construction in NAKHON RATCHASIMA province. today I have someone there
