Hello everyone Arno here, sailor skipper I currently live in Belgium (Namur), and my little family and I would like to settle down once and for all in a land where we could do without a boiler!!! ;-) I stigmatize... There is obviously a nice list of points and conditions to respect in preparing for such a change of tack. Mine are based almost exclusively on the conditions of the host country because from a family point of view, my wife and I are on the same wavelength. Adapting is not a problem, we just need a stable place where we don't risk losing our investment, and where our son can grow up safely... A guest-house or bungalow project in my head, I would like testimonials from Belgians or French people who have established themselves there, having developed their business. Is dual nationality required when you become an owner on the island? What are the possibilities (besides the $100,000 donation to the government...), which are available to us foreigners to stay and live there... in reality AND IN 2014! In short, information that 鈥渟traight out of the oven鈥濃�� Thank you for your answers and any questions... Arno
