hello,
friends of mine is from africa and lived in france with is wife their recently married is holding a marriage certificate called(livret familiale )in france
he went in bulgaria for football competion he had a visa he didn't know bulgaria is not in scheighen so ,in the return he got stock in austria border in detention
because austrian authorities wanted to return him in bulgaria wich he dosen't want because is married to a eu citizen and lived in france for about 7 years
he now wanted to ask for a visa to france or anything...
please tell me what to do to help him please
