Hi im joanna subic bay is a nice place there's a lot factory over there in subic subic is a safety place too. Yah much cheaper to leave over there have apartment over there inside subic bay but much better if you have a car make it eAsy for you if you need.i have my family in subic zambales if you still need help they can help you.
