My expat journey

Punta arenas, Chile
The beautiful landscapes around, the wonderful fauna and flora, the proximity with the National Park Torres del Paine.
the isolated location, the low temparetures during summer, the strong wind.

Cordoba, Argentina
I spent a bit more than two months there, to learn Spanish. I was living at a friend's who is Argentina
the dynamism of the city, the beautiful weather
the insecurity

Mount Colah (pres de Sydney), Australia
We worked a lot... We only had Saturday to relax and visit the places around. As soon as we arrived, we bought a Mitshubishi wagon to be able to go to every places we wanted during our free days. We really loved the National parks around to do trekking, including the beautiful Blue Mountains. We also liked the city and espacially the Rocks. Then, we drived to Melbourne, took the ferry to spend two months in Tasmania, et we stopped at every nice places on the east coast until Cairns.
We worked 4,5 months in a plant nursery in the countryside of Sydney, called Glenorie. The atmoshere was pretty good there.
The bars in the Rocks, the beer James Squire, the Fish & Ships in the Fish Market of Sydney, the Botanical garden, and the numerous National park around.

Lilydale (30 km de Melbourne), Australia
I was a trainee in a company specialized in native plant propagation.
The animated centre of Melbourne and especially the nights in Brunswick street and St Kilda, the landscapes of the Yarra Valley, the Live Music in Healesville, their red wine (Shiraz, my favourite), the Australians rools football, and my friends I met there who showed me all theses places.. I miss them a lot.
