My name is SueAnn,I have been married to my husband Roger for 28 years and we live in Nampa,Idaho.We are hoping to retire in Chiang mai Thailand in about 4 years ( if all goes according to plan ! ) We have visited there once and are returning at the end of this year.Somebody even contemplating retiring in another country perplexes most of our family and friends ,but we see the trouble people are having making ends meet in the U.S. and it is only going to get worse ! My husband is the adventurous one and truth to tell I went kicking and screaming ( at least on the inside )on our first trip to Thailand ! I am trying to warm up to the idea so...I am becoming a " future expat blogger " to hopefully connect with someone to talk about their experience good or bad !
