I am 53 yearold muslim male. not married looking to make a permanent change currently employed at the Ndalmbe Municipality in Port Alfred South Africa as a chief building control officer and have 22 years experience.. I am registered as a Professional Architectural Draughts person (Registration number D1282 by the South African Council for the architectural professional I have completed 2 apprentices in the building trade and qualified in both and that is as an in & exterior decorator contract no BPE 6138 and plumber and drain layer contact no BPE 6446 both surving both 3 years and trade tests [see C.V]and have a National Technical Certificate N.TC.3 and also have a Law Enforcement Certificate.. I worked for varies companies as a decorator construction and civil plumber site Forman. I then worked for varies state departments such as department Education and culture, department of local government housing & agriculture and public works and transport as an senior building works inspector .My resposibities was drawing up specifications, maintenance reports, progress payments, inspections variation reports, estimate costs drawing up plans site reports including the setting out of the above civil works, etc. From 1989 to 1996 . That includes Gov.. Building such as schools, hospitals, college鈥檚 etc in the southern and eastern cape. In projects ranging from minor and major civil new works drawing specifications and plans for tender, arrange progress payments for contactors and sewer storms and waters layouts and maintanaces. doing building and plumbing consultations and acting as contract manager, this also includes acting as consultant on projects rezoning applications, subdivision, ECT. Im currently employed at Ndlambe Municipality as a chief building control officer and is still employed. Due to my extensive knowledge and experience in the construction and civil work I also assist with low cost housing assessments and reports.
