I live in Glendale Az I am recently an inheritor of a coffee plantation a small house and a whole load of acreage up in the mountains far away off a primitive dirt road, located in Copan Ruinas. Ive never been there though I have pics and the title and deed to my fathers land, whom recently as of February passed away here in the US because he came for the medical attention at the VA to fix a few broken ribs and his collar bone due to an atv accident back at home in hondurreas, guess the medical over there isnt to good anyhow he never did get to go back home to dog gringo and his lady whom speaks no english and I speak no spanish, my dad wasnt married and left the land and all that it details to me. The problem is what do I do??? Anyone interested in some property, already devoloping and producing coffee beans for retired mans extra income???
