I hail from Baltimore, USA, but have lived in Phoenix, Chicago and Los Angeles. I guess I like adventure - or else what would I be doing here? Wait, what AM I doing here? Just kidding. As of May 21, I live in the Chaoyang district in Beijing. I like to think I'm funny, but I guess that's up to my audience. Some say Baltimoreans have an odd sense of humor so I find myself laughing at things alone often, which just makes me laugh more really. I will at least try to make you laugh, but if you don't like puns, you may not want to contact me. I am new to Asia and new to Beijing! I love getting to know a culture through its history, food, drink and people. So let's go out and eat lots of food! I only know how to say a few phrases in Chinese, so I'm still getting my bearings, but I would definitely like to learn more. I'm looking for people from all walks of life to explore the city with. I hope that we can share some of our cultural backgrounds and learn from each other as well. Cheers!
