I have lived in the Canary Islands for 12 years...after the first week I didn't feel like a foreigner...did my way of being help me? maybe. .. but it was the Canaries who founded Montevideo...Now, due to the current times and the Galician genetics that I have, I want to go to Norway to see their countries, share their gastronomy, learn their language, see why and how they do the things that lead them to be first in quality of life!!...my dream is to be able to make a round trip life Canary Islands-Norway-Canary Islands with an annual or biannual tour of Montevideo....bringing points of view, bringing recipes, ideas, music...fill my heart with affection from celebrations and reunions...Man proposes...GOD disposes.
