I love Monterrey. I have known this city for 10 years. I experienced all the changes there, the years when the Barrio Antiguo attracted foreigners of all nationalities, then the dark times with the shootings in the streets.

The positive side of people. The creative ideas they have and how easy they are to start their business. Gourmet restaurants and good cuisine, there are always new places to discover. The standard of living is equal to or higher than that of an average French person.
Lots of superficiality, hypocritical people, appearances and fewer cultured people.
